Korona jyllää jokapuolella maailmaa. Hetki sitten oli vain joitakin Tyynenmeren saaria, jossa ei vielä ollut Covid 19. En tiedä tämänhetkistä tilannetta. You may be thinking that there are others who have had to work hard because of the pandemic. Shouldn’t they be rewarded too? Of course, I understand the title of a nurse broadly as a common title for all nursing staff. I have no experience in that field, so I can only misuse titles, but I think you will still realize my purpose .
Equally, you may be wondering why I am not talking about those who have lost their ability to work or even their lives because of the Corona. Shouldn’t they or their families be helped? Of course, we are all together facing this situation and almost everyone has had to give up something because of the pandemic. Many have lost their jobs and many industries are in distress, should they not be helped?
Of course, but this is not a game where when we give something, we would take it away from everyone else . The point is that we have tired and even more tired caregivers who need recognition. They also need financial compensation and they need rest time and holidays.
Why write on behalf of nurses? For very selfish reasons, I write on behalf of nurses. Why? If I get sick, I hope to be treated by a professional, empathetic nurse and not by an inexperienced or uncompassionate nurse.
Why right now? It’s been a year since the pandemic. Therefore , it must be spoken on behalf of the nurse right now that nurses are exhausting under this workload. Many nurses think that when a pandemic eases up, they will find another job . Many nurses can’t do anything outside of their work day and many nurses get cynic under their workload.
